Vintage Intensive on Old Oak
Vintage Intensive (1 L)
Discover the fascinating world of vintage effects on oak with glimtrex® Vintage.
This innovative basic treatment product opens up completely new possibilities in wood design by reacting naturally with the tannic acid in the oak. What was previously only possible with complex machine processing can now be achieved by hand in a simple process.
The three available intensity levels - light, medium and intensive - offer a great deal of creative freedom. The light version creates subtle, understated vintage effects that give the wood a gentle patina. The medium version creates balanced, classic vintage looks with medium intensity. The intensive version provides particularly expressive results, creating striking color contrasts and an impressive depth effect.
The application is extremely simple: After applying glimtrex® Vintage, you choose your desired color and seal the surface with a suitable protective product. The system impresses with its versatility - it is suitable not only for wooden floors, but also for cork, OSB, glued wood, kitchen worktops and stairs. The solvent- and cobalt-free formulation meets the highest safety standards, meets DIN EN 71-3 for toy safety and offers excellent protection against everyday liquids such as wine, coffee or cola in accordance with DIN 68861-1C.
The system is particularly flexible when it comes to surface sealing: It is compatible with various glimtrex products such as hard wax oil, active hard wax oil, veggie oil, UNIO oil and the 2K SIGNUM paint system. This variety makes it possible to perfectly match the surface protection to the respective requirements, whether as a 1K or 2K system.
